Little Black Dress

DIY Little Black Dress YouTube Tutorial
Since 1926 when Coco Chanel first introduced the little black dress, it became the essence of timeless fashion. Thanksgiving is around the corner this month and we thought this would be a great chance to create our own little black dress for the family gatherings and parties. It's a sleeveless one-piece dress with a slit on the back with geometric shapes around the chest to give a little twist as well. It's always great to challenge yourself and experiment with different techniques when it comes to designing. You are more capable than you think you are!
Jacket- Sheinside / Dress- Q2HAN / Heels- Topshop / Bracelets- Shoplately
I'm wearing a black rider jacket from Sheinside which has insane amount of intricate details. What I most like about this jacket is how light the material actually is. Simply toss it on your shoulder and it'll instantly take your entire look to the next level of chicness. Also, try adding some colors with jewelries. For the shoes, I went with Topshop's Gatsby snake shoe that we are madly in love with. Hunter green is one of Fall hottest color trends, so try looking for items that are in hunter greens or similar to green hues such as khaki.

Halloween Angel & Devil (Ft. Gemorie)

DIY Angel Halloween Costume YouTube Tutorial
Recently we've been busy collaborating with a jewelry company called Gemorie which specializes in "Everyday Fine Jewelries." They call it bridge jewelries because it bridges between the fashion and high-end jewelries in terms of both price and style. Great thing about their lines is that they provide high-end qualities with diamonds and gemstones that are actually affordable. Only natural stones are used to create their pieces so that it can last a lifetime, and it's a great way to receive high qualities jewelries without having to break the bank.
We designed two Halloween dresses, one as an Angel and the other as Devil. Make sure to check out our YouTube video to learn how to make your own beautiful Angel costume! We had awesome time and it was a pleasure working with Gemorie. As much as we had fun shooting this film, we hope you guys have a great and safe Halloween this year. Have fun! xx

Fit and Flare

DIY Fit & Flare Skirt YouTube Tutorial
Most notably displayed at Chanel's Haute Couture F/W 13 runway, this fit-and-flare skirt is fitted at the top portion, but flares out gracefully from the bottom portion of the skirt. You may consider it similar to a peplum skirt! It creates a very flattering silhouette, and has been spotted literally everywhere in the fashion media. This ladylike trend is appropriate for night out, special occasions or simply a day to the office.
Blouse- DressLink / Jewelries- ShopLately / Skirt- Q2HAN / Bag- Vintage / Heels- Zara
Here, I'm wearing a leopard-pattenred button down blouse from DressLink. The texture is almost like a mixture of soft cotton with hints of velvety polyester. We loved the way how the colors of the leopard pattern compliments the blue skirt. Lastly, we finished the outfit with a touch of white. If you want more dramatic silhouette, slash and spread the ruffles wider to give an extra volume. Also, play around with different textures and patterns of fabrics such as lace or faux leather.
