New York, New York, New York... Where should we even start? Everybody knows that New York is the capital of fashion- it is where everything involved in fashion is happening, and happening first. Yes, we are guilty of streaming Instagram photos on the couch with bag of chips while fashionistas from all over the world gather for a week full of fashion extravagance. As a fashion DIY Enthusiasts, it would be an honor for us to take this trip with Chictopia and Ariat to soak up new inspiration, meet creative individuals, and to explore the greater side of such incredibly stimulating place for fashion! xx

First Glimpse

This week we had the privilege to attend First Glimpse event to have first look over new emerging brands' Spring '15 collection. We especially fell in love with two collections designed by Single White Female and Beatrice and Francis. Every detail literally screamed for spring and made us realize how much we are missing out playing with bright juicy colors and patterns! The event truly inspired us to be more creative and perhaps "daring" in our own designs.

Fruity Punch

Shirt- WeQueen / Skirt- Q2HAN / Hat- Supreme

Although we usually prefer wearing pants as suppose to miniskirts, we couldn't help it but make ourselves one of these quirky looking patch skirts after seeing a similar one from the Pixie Market. The key to this skirt is not just the patches, but also the style lines around the hem. We had so much fun coordinating this outfit and decided to go overboard with the prints and colors. Oversized crop top is a great selection for pairing with high waist miniskirt and also a great way to take a little break from shirt tucking method. Yeah, yeah?! :)
