One of the best ways to create a refined look is to simply toss on a clean and crisp tailored blazer. For spring and summer, try to go with blazers that have 3/4" sleeves rather than full-length sleeves. It will not only keep yourself cool, but visually cool as well. For the shorts, I went loud with this sequined short from Tbdress, and I love the fact that it is made out of stretchy material, which made the fit perfect!
