Flare it Out

DIY Skater Skirt Youtube Tutorial 
Skater skirt has been one of the most highly requested diys from you guys! We actually filmed this quite a while ago, but we finally got to release it now. To give extra flare and fullness, we gave "godets" on each side. According to Wikipedia, godet is an extra piece of fabric in the shape of a circular sector which is set into a garment, usually a dress or skirt. It gives beautiful shape on the particular section of the design anywhere you desire
